Light steel structures
make a requestLightweight purlins of galvanized steel with the holes for bolting are designed for rapid assembly of frames, used for fastening of corrugated sheets or sandwich panels on the roofs and walls of the buildings. The thickness and height of the profile depends on the span and the load. Purlins is roll formed by standard EN 10162.
When producing profile the holes for bolts are punched automatically in round or oval shape which will help you to install profiles quickly and easily. We offer fastening holes of standard sizes and location, as well as according to the customer's design.
Holes are made during production at continuous line – information: The line of longitudinal cutting of steel coils (coil weight up to 12.5 t and thickness up to 2.5 mm) executes cutting into strips and cross cutting into sheets of the project sizes. The lines cuts into strips hot-rolled etched, cold rolled, galvanized and electrical steel coils.
